Katie is a Pricebook and Inventory Specialist with a strong background in trades operations, ServiceTitan implementation, and process improvement. She began her career in the trades in 2015 at Jerry Kelly Heating & Air as an Install Coordinator, where she learned the business from the ground up through hands-on experience, SOPs, and installation workflows. Since April 2019, Katie has used ServiceTitan to build out installation processes, job types, procedures, and pricebook structure, and for the past two years she has focused on implementation work alongside TAG founders Kim and Jess. With a bachelor’s degree in Education from Lindenwood University, Katie brings a natural ability to train, organize, and simplify complex systems so teams can work with more accuracy and confidence. Outside of work, she is a wife and mother of three who enjoys camping, bike riding, movie nights, reading, crafting, and caring for her houseplants.

Having lived in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Colorado, and now Missouri, she brings a diverse background shaped by both travel and leadership. Her career has spanned non-profit consulting, fitness facility management, and specialized ninja warrior gyms, where she met her husband, Jamie. Together, they have explored destinations around the world, from Paris to Tokyo and throughout the United States.

After the birth of her son, she transitioned into the trades as an office manager, discovering a new passion along the way. Today, she has come full circle, returning to consulting and helping contractors grow and improve their businesses. While the trades were never part of her original career plan, she is grateful for the opportunities, relationships, and experiences the industry has provided.
